ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Hilary.
I’m the founder of COMPWORTHY and a senior People and Culture leader who has spent years inside compensation conversations, leading hiring strategy, benchmarking roles and performance systems, and watching women undersell themselves.
I also rebuilt my own career and income after a major life reset, navigating a return to work with three young children, learning the tools and strategies to increase my income, building the framework for both RAISE and REBUILD as I went through it, combining both education and my own lived experience.
COMPWORTHY exists because everybody wins in a world where women earn more, stop apologizing for caregiving gaps and career breaks, and understand how to articulate their value .
Women don’t need more motivation, they need access, clarity, and strategy.
